Confut strengthens global connections at iWorkinSport 2025 in Switzerland

International event brings together leaders for networking, recruiting and sharing innovations

On May 9, Confut attended the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair 2025, held at the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne, Switzerland. Recognized as the leading international event dedicated to careers in the sports industry, the event brought together global companies, academic institutions and industry professionals to promote networking, recruitment and knowledge exchange.

During the event, Confut was able to present its initiatives and innovations on the scene, highlighting its commitment to the soccer industry. Participation reinforced the Conference's presence on the international stage and enabled new strategic partnerships to be established.

iWorkinSport 2025 was attended by renowned sports organizations such as Adidas, UEFA, FIBA, European Club Association (ECA), Infront Sports & Media, SPORTFIVE, among others. In addition, the event brought together leading academic institutions such as FIFA Master, Johan Cruyff Institute, AISTS, University of Bath, Esade and IESE Business School, highlighting the importance of training and professional qualification in the sector.

The program included panels on industry trends, company presentations and job interview opportunities, both face-to-face and online. The event closed with an inspiring talk by Diederik Dewaele, Director of Football at the European Club Association (ECA), entitled “Inside the Game: Lessons from a 20-year Journey in Professional Football”.
